Masala Chai Cake.

The crisp air of fall is here, and that calls for fall treats and cakes! I decided to make a masala chai (chai tea) cake with pecans in it. The subtle hints of cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon gives it just the right amount of spice and sweet. I finished the cake off with a vanilla and rose extract buttercream.
