I am not going to lie, making gum paste flowers is hours and hours of work, but I really do enjoy making them. Its almost therapeutic until some break and then I'm scrambling to make more! Luckily none broke for this wedding cake from this past weekend. The flower topper consisted of white calla lilies, peach and ivory roses and sage green leaves!
