A good little monkey!

When I friend of mine asked me to make a Curious George themed cake for her 3 year old, I eagerly said yes without really thinking of how I would sculpt the monkey.

Well, rice krispy treats to the rescue. I tried to take step by step pictures to post as a tutorial but kept forgetting to take them at each step, so I'll post what I have.

Sculpting is still a work in progress for me and while 'George' could have turned out a little better.. I don't think its too bad for a first time!

The design was similar to a cake made by another Cake Central user, since my friend liked the theme. I don't know who's cake it was, but thanks for posting and letting me take ideas from it!
